Alleviation Enterprise is seeking a motivated, entry-level territory-based sales representative in the United States. You will receive comprehensive training to sell supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium businesses and their workforce.

You’ll engage in one-on-one meetings with decision-makers and deliver product showcases to groups of 50–100+ people. The role blends personalized outreach with group presentations and offers substantial growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).

Responsabilités

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with local owners.
• Deliver product showcases to groups of 50–100+ attendees.
• Record daily activity and sales progress with manager.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and reporting.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
