Alleviation is expanding our sales team in Texas, offering immersive training and hands-on mentorship. You will engage with local business owners to offer high-quality supplemental insurance solutions, building your own client portfolio.

No prior sales experience is required, as we mold the right candidate. Expect a structured schedule, weekly targets, and growth opportunities within a culture of ownership and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 4+ years post-high school work experience.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (study course provided).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Use our Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with local owners and reservice existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to your manager weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at day end.
