Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow client base in territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales team and manager.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and maintain your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity at day end.
