You’ll build relationships from consultations to group presentations, drive meetings with clients, and work toward ambitious monthly and quarterly targets. Expect a structured schedule and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High-level pre-employment background check required.
• Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant sales or athletic experience required or considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on leads, and reservice clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit schedule to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
