Alleviation is expanding our sales team tailored for individuals who crave autonomy, work/life balance, and growth opportunities. In this role you'll undergo immersive training combining online modules with hands-on mentorship in your designated territory.

No prior sales experience is required; we’ll train the right candidate. You will engage with business owners and employees to present high quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience with relevant sales/athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and resell to existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager; record daily stats.
