Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Texas. You will participate in an integrated training program that blends online coursework with hands-on field coaching within your assigned territory.

Expect in-person meetings with business owners to introduce industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions tailored to their team needs. You will build a local client portfolio, conduct employee group presentations, and work with a manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build connections quickly.
• Proven goal orientation and drive to exceed expectations in sales or leadership.
• Excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
• Background in competitive sports, coaching, athletics, or leagues tends to perform well.

Responsibilities

• Attend our sales training program combining online classroom learning with hands-on field training in your territory.
• Engage with local business owners in person to identify insurance needs and present tailored solutions.
• Schedule and conduct meetings, calls, and presentations with clients and decision-makers.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio and referral network within the territory.
• Meet monthly/quarterly targets with your sales manager and manage your weekly schedule.
