Job summary

M&H Valve Company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Ohio, West Virginia, and Michigan. You will manage sales, marketing, and distributor accounts, grow market share, and provide technical product support. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years’ industrial sales experience required, preferably in waterworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develops strong communication networks and builds relationships with distributors, engineers, and municipalities.
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of distributors.
• Executes pricing strategy for assigned accounts to ensure margins.
• Submits weekly market reports to management.
• Documents customer interactions and opportunity management in the system.
• Troubleshoots product issues in field and by phone.
• Trains distributor salespeople on product and marketing information.
• Participates in trade associations, seminars, and trade shows.
• Interfaces with National Sales Manager to allocate resources.
