Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business and ensure customer success across the US, with a focus on Indiana. You will execute sales strategies, build strong relationships, and achieve ambitious growth targets while serving as Halter’s on-the-ground representative.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure Halter’s technology meets ranchers’ needs, travel frequently, and own the entire customer journey from prospecting to deployment.

Qualificações

• Experience in cattle ranching or operations preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and hit growth targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and the US.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect new business by meeting local cattle associations and buyers.
• In-field sales on ranches; build value of Halter in person.
• Expand relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Hit or exceed ambitious sales targets through proactive pipeline management.
• Own the territory end-to-end from onboarding to deployment support.
