Halter is seeking a Territory Manager in the United States to drive new business growth and ensure customer success within your designated territory. You’ll execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets as Halter’s on-the-ground representative.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding teams to share field insights and ensure Halter’s technology meets the needs of US farmers.

Qualifications

• Experience driving new business growth and meeting growth targets.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and manage opportunities from lead to close.
• Strong pipeline management and value-based selling approach.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting new business in the assigned territory and building a robust pipeline.
• In-field sales across ranches, meeting customers and demonstrating Halter’s value.
• Expand existing opportunities and upsell Halter solutions.
• Hit ambitious sales targets and manage current deals with a forward-looking plan.
• Own the customer onboarding experience and ensure smooth deployment of Halter’s product.
• Represent Halter with high-level stakeholders in local and regional agricultural groups.
• Travel frequently within the territory to engage customers and prospects.
