Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager for the Central region of Minnesota. You will drive new business growth, manage customer relationships, and ensure successful onboarding and deployment of Halter’s virtual fencing technology.

Frequent travel within the territory is required as you build Halter’s presence in the US market. As a hands-on, proactive representative, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver value, meet ambitious growth targets, and own the customer journey from prospect

Qualifications

Results-driven, motivated and adaptable with strong communication.
Background in ranching or cattle operations helps connect with customers.
History of creating new business opportunities and building relationships.
Experience managing large territories in agriculture or tech is a plus.
Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

Responsibilities

Prospecting new business and building a pipeline in the Central Minnesota region.
In-field sales and relationship-building with ranchers and agricultural groups.
Expanding existing opportunities and upselling Halter solutions.
Hitting sales targets and managing today’s deals with a long-term view.
Account management and smooth handoff to onboarding and deployment.
Collaborating with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding teams.
