Job summary

Victaulic is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to cover Omaha, NE, focusing on growing the customer base of mechanical pipe joining solutions. You will travel to job sites, build relationships with contractors and engineers, and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry through commissioning and post-sale support.

The role requires strong product knowledge, field presentation skills, and the ability to work evenings for events. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products/services in construction or mechanical sectors.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and lift up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and how solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods and competitive methods to overcome objections.
• Understand construction cycles and stay current on market trends and competitor activity.
• Engage with local trade organizations to become a recognized industry presence.
• Develop a business plan with the Regional Sales Manager including goals and strategies to maximize sales.
• Execute all phases of project pursuit from inception to final commissioning and post-sale follow-up.
• Gather quotation information and lead cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Build lasting relationships with contractors, engineers, and building/project owners in your territory.
