Job summary

Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Omaha, NE. You will join a field-based sales team, meeting with engineers, contractors and owners to grow Victaulic business across the territory and deliver our value-added products.

The role requires building relationships, understanding customer needs, presenting demonstrations, and coordinating with distributors and regional managers to win projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in value-added products/services preferred
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds may be required

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic's full product line and understand how our solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Build lasting relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners in your territory.
• Execute all phases of project pursuit from inception through design, bidding, job site training, and final commissioning.
• Coordinate activities with Victaulic distributors and regional market specialists to ensure the best customer experience.
• Deliver product demonstrations and lunch‑and‑learn sessions for engineers.
