Job summary

Victaulic in Omaha, NE is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the construction market. You’ll learn Victaulic’s full product line, build relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers and owners, and travel within your territory.

You’ll develop a business plan with the Regional Sales Manager, execute project pursuits from design through commissioning, and deliver technical demos and lunch-and-learn sessions to showcase value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products preferred (construction/ PVF/mechanical).
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required by territory.
• Ability to work in adverse weather and lift up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and understand how our solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods and competitor methods to overcome objections.
• Identify construction cycles and stay current on market trends and competitor activity.
• Develop relationships with contractors, engineers and project owners in your territory.
• Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to develop a business plan and sales strategies.
• Execute all phases of project pursuit from inception through commissioning and after-sale follow-up.
