Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining innovations, seeks a Territory Manager for our outside sales team. You’ll travel to job sites, build relationships with contractors and engineers, and drive growth in your territory through consultative selling and product knowledge.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, field sales experience, travel willingness, and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. Victaulic offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive OTE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in field sales, construction, or PVF industry a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plans and sales strategies.
• Build relationships with mechanical contractors and engineers.
• Forecast opportunities and manage project pursuit from design to delivery.
• Travel to customer sites and support distributors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
