Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Territory Manager to grow our outside sales in the United States. You will learn Victaulic’s products, build relationships with contractors and engineers, and drive projects from inception to completion.

The role involves heavy travel, field training, and collaborating with inside and regional teams to secure orders. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and prior value-added product sales experience, ideally in construction or PVF/mechanical sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; prior sales experience in construction/mechanical products preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan with the Regional Sales Manager, including opportunity mapping and sales goals.
• Lead project pursuit and manage cross-functional teams to secure orders from inception to completion.
• Build and nurture relationships with contractors, engineers and owners; travel as needed.
