Job summary

Victaulic, headquartered in Easton, PA, is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager for the Boston, MA area. You will manage client relationships, understand project cycles, and drive sales across the full Victaulic product line.

You will engage with engineers, contractors, and building owners, delivering value through technical demos, training, and timely quotes. Expect travel across the territory and collaboration with regional teams to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products/services.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable engaging with engineers, contractors and owners.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans with opportunity mapping and sales goals.
• Execute project pursuit from inception through design, bidding, and installation support.
• Build and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and owners.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Present Victaulic solutions and provide on-site training and demos.
