Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Territory Manager to join its expanding outside sales team. You will travel regionally, build relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers and owners, and drive sales from qualification through project close.

In this role, you’ll learn Victaulic’s products, stay ahead of competitive methods, and coordinate with distributors and internal teams to deliver value and win projects while maintaining a professional, hands-on field presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or walking in the door.
• Previous sales experience selling value-added products/services.
• Experience building long-standing relationships and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage a sales territory with minimal supervision.
• Learn Victaulic products and stay ahead of competitive joining methods.
• Develop business plans, map opportunities, and drive from design to order.
• Build relationships with contractors, engineers and owners in the territory.
• Travel as required to meet customers and close projects.
