Job summary

Victaulic in Boston, MA is seeking a Balancing Sales Specialist to drive growth in the regional market. You will build relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers and building owners, and manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close.

The role requires travel, the ability to articulate the value of our value-added products, and a proven track record in commercial construction sales. Compensation includes incentives and a company car.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in commercial construction, PVF or mechanical products is preferred.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with contractors, engineers and owners.
• Develop a territory business plan with sales goals.
• Coordinate with distributors to maximize coverage.
• Lead product demonstrations and lunch-and-learn sessions.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers to execute the plan.
