Victaulic invites applications for a Territory Sales Manager in the Philadelphia area. You will oversee client relationships, drive sales for mechanical pipe joining solutions, and support project execution from design to commissioning in commercial construction sectors.

The role emphasizes travel, relationship building with contractors and engineers, and collaboration with distributors and regional managers to achieve quarterly targets and expand Victaulic’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products—especially in commercial construction, PVF, or mechanical products.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required by territory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and understand how our solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Partner with your Regional Sales Manager to develop a business plan including opportunity mapping, sales goals, product promotion plans, and strategies to maximize sales potential.
• Execute all phases of project pursuit—from inception through design, specifications, drawings, bidding, job site training, final commissioning, and after-sale follow-up.
