Job summary

Victaulic in Boston seeks a Balancing Sales Specialist to drive growth by building trusted relationships with engineers, contractors and building owners across your territory. This full-time field sales role requires frequent travel, strong product knowledge, and the ability to communicate value clearly in diverse environments.

You will learn Victaulic’s full product line, master grooved joining methods, develop a business plan with the Regional Sales Manager, deliver lunch-and-learn sessions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales experience with value-added products preferred.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and understand how our solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Develop a business plan with the Regional Sales Manager including opportunity mapping and sales goals.
• Deliver demonstrations and lunch-and-learn sessions for engineers and stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end sales from design through commissioning and after-sale follow-up.
