Mike Hudson Dist in Dallas is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive targets in the assigned territory, selling existing and new products and developing the sales region. You will review data to guide decisions, and you will lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team for success.

You will formulate plans, motivate reps, build customer relationships, and pursue new business opportunities while ensuring excellent after-sales service and a high level of customer satisfaction.

• 5-7 years of sales experience.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability.
• Strong relationship management with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
