M/I Homes in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to direct the sales department, develop strategies, and drive profit and quota attainment across our new home projects. This role requires leading a skilled team and ensuring top performance in a competitive market.

You will coach and motivate the sales staff, set quotas, monitor performance, and coordinate with construction, marketing, and customer service to ensure exceptional homebuyer experiences.

Qualifications

• Specific training in sales and marketing techniques combined with three to five years of related experience.
• Related industry supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the home building industry relative to sales and marketing strategies and techniques.

Responsabilités

• Leads and motivates sales staff to achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals; monitor and enhance performance.
• Assigns quotas, goals, and sales areas and monitor these goals and morale.
• Train and coach salespeople to reach selling potential.
• Analyze data to secure market share and complete quarterly reports.
• Liaison between sales team and other departments to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Assist sales team meetings to lead, inspire, and train.
• Recruitment and retention of high-quality personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing process efficiency.
• Directly supervise sales team during weekly encounters to maximize self-generated traffic.
• Assist with special projects.
