Shift4 is seeking a Manager, Sales to lead and grow a high-performance field sales team in the Texas region. You will shape strategy, mentor reps, and drive revenue by meeting quotas while collaborating with the Director, Sales.

Responsibilities include hiring and training personnel, developing a local-area action plan, and ensuring disciplined execution of objectives. You will maintain relationships with key customers and report KPIs to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in quota-carrying sales.
• Experience leading a sales team and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a local area office and sales team.
• Hire and train sales personnel.
• Develop a field sales action plan for the area.
• Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, and discipline sales staff.
• Ensure targets are met through performance reviews and coaching.
• Meet with customers to discuss evolving needs and assess relationship quality.
• Forecast and set quotas; establish objectives for the team.
• Report area KPIs to the Director, Sales.
