Brightsmith is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Industrial Services division to own Western Ohio & Northern Indiana territory. The role is field-based with base salary plus uncapped commission, offering autonomy to develop new business and grow an established customer base.

• Experience in industrial sales or business development.
• Proactive in developing new business and expanding territory.
• Ability to build relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering and plant leadership.
• Experience with electromechanical repair, rotating equipment or related services is a plus.
