Job summary

Brightsmith is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own the Cincinnati to Louisville corridor, driving new business and expanding established accounts for industrial services. This field-based role offers a base salary and uncapped commission with autonomy to grow a defined territory.

You will engage with maintenance, operations and engineering leaders to deliver electromechanical repair, rotating equipment and power-management solutions, while managing your pipeline and revenue generation.

Qualifications

• Commercially driven with experience in industrial sales, account management or business development.
• Experience across electric motors, rotating equipment, electromechanical services, pumps or related industrial equipment.
• Proactive and motivated by direct revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Winning new customers and developing your territory.
• Growing and expanding existing accounts.
• Building relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering and plant leadership.
• Identifying opportunities across repair, maintenance and field services.
• Managing your own pipeline and commercial activity.
• Working closely with technical and operational teams to deliver customer solutions.
