Brightsmith in Birmingham, AL is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager for Industrial Services. This field-based role focuses on winning new customers and growing the existing base across electromechanical repair, rotating equipment and power-management solutions.

You will own your pipeline, build relationships with maintenance, operations and plant leadership, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial sales, account management or business development.
• Knowledge of electromechanical services, rotating equipment, pumps or related industrial equipment is a plus.
• Proactive with ability to develop new business and grow territory.

Responsibilities

• Win new customers and develop your territory.
• Grow and expand existing accounts.
• Build relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering and plant leadership.
