Job summary

Brightsmith is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for its Industrial Services division. This field-based role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and the opportunity to own a territory, develop new business and grow an established customer base.

You’ll work directly with industrial customers to drive opportunities across electromechanical repair, rotating equipment, field services and power-management solutions, building lasting relationships with leadership across facilities.

Qualifications

• Commercially driven with a track record in industrial sales.
• Experience in account management or business development a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical motors, rotating equipment or related industrial assets is valued.

Responsibilities

• Winning new customers and developing your territory.
• Growing and expanding existing accounts.
• Building relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering and plant leadership.
• Identifying opportunities across repair, maintenance and field services.
• Managing your own pipeline and commercial activity.
• Working closely with technical and operational teams to deliver customer solutions.
