Metric Geo is partnering with a leading industrial equipment provider to hire an Industrial Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory in Ohio. You will represent a broad portfolio of compressed air equipment and system solutions, spending most of your time in the field with customers and prospects.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in industrial or technical sales.
• Compressed air sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and grow an existing territory.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-facing skills.
• Self-motivated with urgency and accountability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established sales territory and existing customer base.
• Develop new business by targeting competitive accounts and identifying new opportunities.
• Spend the majority of time in the field meeting customers and prospects.
• Sell compressed air equipment, systems, and related solutions.
• Work with internal technical resources to develop customer-specific system solutions.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and become a trusted technical resource.
• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to achieve sales, margin, and market-share targets.
• Maintain consistent prospecting, customer engagement, and sales activity.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within the CRM.
