Brightsmith is partnering with a North American industrial power to appoint a Territory Sales Manager within its growing service division. This field-based role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with the opportunity to own a territory, develop new business and grow an established customer base.

Qualifications

• Commercially driven with experience in industrial sales or business development.
• Experience in account management and developing new business.
• Comfortable in field-based sales and building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Win new customers and develop your territory.
• Grow and expand existing accounts.
• Build relationships with maintenance, operations, engineering and plant leadership.
• Identify opportunities across repair, maintenance and field services.
