  5. Have the support of headquarters, but the freedom to pursue your goals in your home office and the field.

We require:

  1. Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years work experience.
  2. Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.
  3. Proficient in the use of a personal computer and various software applications.
  4. Self-motivated needing minimal direction.
  5. Ability to see solutions beyond the first two steps of an activity (cognitive reasoning).
  6. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  7. Able to prioritize.
  8. Mechanical aptitude.
  9. Above average verbal and written communication skills.
  10. Clean driving record.
