Territory Sales Manager-Industrial Sales

We are seeking a goal-oriented, strategic sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager for Industrial Sales in TX. This role offers the opportunity to lead, prospect, and collaborate with engineering on custom applications, with support from headquarters and the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and collaborating with the team to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
  2. Managing trade show contacts to generate sales growth.
  3. Proactively prospecting for new customers and maintaining existing client relationships.
  4. Partnering with the engineering department on custom solutions within your territory.
  5. Working independently from your home office and in the field to pursue sales opportunities.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and software applications.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
