Territory Sales Manager-Industrial Sales

Join our team as a Territory Sales Manager focusing on Industrial Sales in MN, IA, NE. We are seeking goal-oriented, strategic sales professionals who thrive on challenges and are driven to succeed.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and collaborating with your team to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
  2. Managing trade show contacts to generate sales growth.
  3. Proactively prospecting for new customers and maintaining existing client relationships.
  4. Collaborating with our engineering department on custom applications within your territory.
  5. Working independently from your home office and in the field, with support from headquarters.

We require:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience.
  • Proficiency in personal computers and software applications.
  • Self-motivation and minimal need for supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and cognitive reasoning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Clean driving record.
