Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Sales Manager to create revenue plans and manage an existing customer base. The role emphasizes leading with Toptracer Range demonstrations, generating leads, and closing deals.

You will travel to events and call on golf facilities, delivering compelling presentations and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate will learn quickly, negotiate effectively, and be a proactive visionary for Toptracer Range adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to conduct demonstrations and handle objections.
• Proficient use of sales tools and daily data management.
• Attend networking events and trade shows.
• Golf industry experience and a strong Southeast US network preferred.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Toptracer Range products and services with deep understanding of customer needs.
• Meet sales and renewal targets through strategies and tactics.
• Generate leads and build relationships with golf facilities and driving ranges.
• Develop territory action plan using data analysis and adjust techniques accordingly.
• Close new business through a defined selling process and demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure service excellence and identify new opportunities.
• Identify prospects, set appointments, qualify calls, and manage the sales cycle to close deals.
