Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for NJ, E. PA and DE to drive revenue growth across golf facilities. The role emphasizes lead generation, strategic planning, and compelling product demonstrations to close deals.

The candidate will travel regionally, leverage a strong golf network, and represent Toptracer Range with professional presentations and strong negotiation skills. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of sales experience are required.

• Network in golf facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Toptracer Range products with deep customer understanding and match solutions to needs.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales and renewal targets through strategic execution.
• Generate leads and build relationships in the Golf Driving Range and Golf Facilities industry.
• Develop and implement a territory action plan using data analysis and field results.
• Close new business with product demonstrations and compelling presentations.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure service excellence and identify new opportunities.
