Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a driven sales professional to represent Toptracer Range products and services across designated territory. You will meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and by conducting compelling product demonstrations.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and travel to golf facilities; networking and a strong regional golf industry network are a plus. Topgolf offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 3–5 years of experience.
• In-depth product knowledge; ability to conduct demonstrations and handle objections.
• Ability to use sales tools and manage daily sales data.
• Willingness to attend networking events and trade shows.
• Golf industry experience and strong NJ/EPA/DE network preferred.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Toptracer Range products and services with deep understanding of customer needs.
• Meet sales and renewal targets through sales/marketing strategies and tactics.
• Generate leads and build relationships; plan daily calls to existing or potential customers in golf facilities.
• Develop territory action plan using data analysis and adjust sales techniques accordingly.
• Close new business across all Toptracer Range service categories; demonstrate and present to buyers.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure service quality and identify new opportunities.
