Job summary

Topgolf is hiring a Toptracer Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue across NJ, E.PA, and DE with remote flexibility. You will plan territory growth, manage existing customers, generate leads, and present Toptracer Range solutions to drive adoption.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a track record in networking events and trade shows. Travel is required to cover assigned markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years of experience required.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and handle objections.
• Effectively use sales tools and manage daily sales data.
• Attend networking events and trade shows.
• Golf industry experience and strong NJ/EPA/DE network preferred.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Toptracer Range products with deep understanding of customer and consumer needs.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales and renewal targets through sales and marketing strategies.
• Generate leads and build relationships; call on existing or potential customers in Golf Driving Range and Facilities industries.
• Develop and implement territory action plan through data analysis; adjust techniques based on field results.
• Achieve Toptracer Range sales goals by assessing client needs and following a defined selling process; use demos and presentations.
• Maintain relationships with existing Toptracer Range customers to ensure service excellence and identify new opportunities.
• Identify Toptracer Range prospects, set appointments, qualify calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service areas.
