Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Territory Sales Manager, Compact Construction Equipment, Riverside, CA. This remote-positioned role supports the West territory, partnering with dealers to grow market share and strengthen customer relationships across Riverside and surrounding areas.

You will lead sales initiatives for compact construction equipment, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 75% to engage dealers and customers.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing experience in construction equipment or related industries.
• Experience working with large dealer networks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dealers to manage sales processes and drive sales growth.
• Lead within the assigned territory to implement strategic initiatives with products and solutions.
• Drive incentives and programs to achieve sales targets.
• Arrange and conduct product, application, and sales training with dealers.
• Serve as the product information and training resource for compact construction equipment.
• Travel up to 75% within the territory to meet dealers and customers, including weekends.
