Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Territorial Sales Manager for Construction Equipment in the Riverside, CA area. You will drive sales with dealers, lead key customer engagements, and coordinate training and product consultations.

This remote-friendly role allows occasional travel within the territory to maximize market impact. The ideal candidate has construction equipment experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to align Deere and dealer strategies across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction/off-road equipment industry and customer base is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven dealer relationships.
• Ability to understand Deere and dealer business for strategic and tactical conversations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dealers to manage sales processes and drive solutions.
• Lead within the territory to implement strategic initiatives with dealers.
• Drive achievement of incoming and gross margin goals across sales targets.
• Organize and execute input, production, and sales process training with dealers.
• Coordinate dealer use of product consultations and sales training resources.
• Travel up to 75% within the territory to work with dealers and visit customers.
