Job summary

Philip Morris International (PMI) is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations within the Beaumont, TX territory, selling Swedish Match products in retail accounts and driving distribution. You will manage promotions, merchandising, inventory, and data-driven customer presentations while maintaining adherence to sales processes.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience in non-durable goods sales, strong communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in non-durable consumer goods sales preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem- solving and critical- thinking abilities.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop sales plans.
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Selling and servicing Swedish Match products in assigned retail accounts.
• Securing new item distribution and executing promotions.
• Maintaining product freshness and inventory standards.
• Leveraging data to develop fact- based customer presentations.
• Following established sales call processes.
• Managing administrative responsibilities, including expense reporting and point- of- sale materials.
