Philip Morris International (PMI) is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations in the Beaumont, TX territory for Swedish Match North America. This role focuses on growing brand presence and delivering data-driven sales strategies across assigned retailers. You will secure distribution, run promotions, analyze data, and manage administrative tasks.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and residency in the territory is essential. PMI U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience required.
• Experience in non-durable consumer goods sales preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop sales plans.
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business math.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Selling and servicing Swedish Match products in assigned retail accounts.
• Securing new item distribution.
• Executing promotions and merchandising programs.
• Maintaining product freshness and inventory standards.
• Leveraging data to develop fact-based customer presentations.
• Following established sales call processes.
• Managing administrative responsibilities, including expense reporting and point-of-sale materials.
