Are you a motivated sales professional passionate about prospecting, relationship building, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager, responsible for expanding our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You will foster long-term customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure smooth project execution, alongside maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance targets through effective time management and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

This posting is an ongoing opportunity, allowing interested candidates to express interest for future openings in various cities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline, targeting high-value prospects and projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build lasting partnerships by understanding needs, offering tailored solutions, and delivering excellent service using Salesforce.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a solution-based approach to pricing and negotiations, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales activities and generate reports to monitor progress.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide leadership when needed.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Persistent, motivated, and results-driven.
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce.
Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year outbound prospecting experience or relevant experience at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; primarily office-based with outbound calling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume sales cycles; leasing experience beneficial but not required.
  • Solution-selling approach preferred.
