Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through communication and excellent service, utilizing Salesforce CRM. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless project execution, along with maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals through effective time management in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and converting leads into high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build partnerships by understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, and delivering exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, preparing quotes, and negotiating terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Track sales performance using CRM software, generating reports to meet goals.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide leadership as needed.
QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and performance tracking tools.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with 1+ year outbound prospecting experience or 1+ year at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role is primarily based in the branch with outbound calling (~80%).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A solution-selling approach is advantageous.
