Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager, where you'll be responsible for growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

In this role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and customer interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless project execution, maintain accurate sales records, and meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

This is an ongoing posting, allowing interested individuals to express interest for future openings in selected cities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement sales strategies focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, converting leads into high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build and sustain long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, utilizing Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, conducting research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Employ a solution-based sales approach, prepare accurate quotes, and negotiate terms to meet customer and business needs.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales performance, generate reports, and ensure goals are met.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and support teams to deliver excellent customer service and provide leadership when needed.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Persistent and driven, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-focused, with strong communication skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce.
Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 1+ year outbound prospecting or relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel 10-20%, primarily for field visits, with minimal overnight stays.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
