Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, your responsibilities include developing and executing a strategic sales plan, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms that meet customer needs while maximizing profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, maintaining accurate sales records, and meeting performance goals through effective time management are also key aspects of the role.

This posting is an ongoing opportunity. It allows interested individuals to express interest in future openings for the Territory Sales Manager role in selected cities.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan, focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, converting leads into sales, focusing on high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to maintain sales records and generate reports, tracking key metrics to meet goals.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and customer support teams, providing leadership and support as needed.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Persistent and driven, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-focused, understanding client needs and providing solutions.
  • Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and tracking sales performance.
Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, with 1+ year outbound prospecting or sales experience.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role primarily based in the branch with outbound cold-calling.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
