Are you a motivated sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take charge of expanding our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

In this role, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You will foster long-term customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM to track interactions and performance. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless project delivery, and maintaining accurate sales records will help you meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability.

This is an ongoing posting intended for interested individuals to express interest in future openings in various cities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying prospects and converting leads into sales, focusing on high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build lasting partnerships by understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, and providing excellent service. Use Salesforce CRM to manage relationships.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, conducting research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, preparing accurate quotes and negotiating terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales metrics and generate reports to ensure goal achievement.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, providing leadership when needed.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Persistent and driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce and virtual communication platforms.
Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year of outbound prospecting experience or experience at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; primarily remote with outbound calls from the office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A solution-selling approach is advantageous.
