Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through communication and excellent service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate sales records are essential, along with meeting performance goals through effective time management in a fast-paced environment.

This posting is an ongoing opportunity, allowing interested individuals to express interest in future roles when they become available in selected cities.

Key Responsibilities of This Role Include:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and execute a sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and market segments, converting leads into sales.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build partnerships by understanding needs, offering solutions, and providing excellent service, using Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and solutions, preparing accurate quotes and negotiating terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales performance and generate reports to ensure goals are met.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and support team members.
What You Possess for Success:
  • Persistent & Driven: Committed to results and motivated by targets.
  • Customer-centric: Focused on understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing time effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and tracking sales performance.
Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with 1+ year outbound prospecting or sales experience, or 1+ year at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role is primarily office-based with outbound calling.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is advantageous.
