Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate sales records are essential to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan, focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and converting leads into sales, focusing on high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, and providing excellent service, utilizing Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales performance and generate reports to meet goals.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure seamless service and provide leadership when needed.

Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ year in outbound prospecting or at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role primarily based in the branch with outbound calls from the office.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
