Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless project execution, and you will be expected to meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement sales strategies focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and converting leads into high-value projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build partnerships by understanding needs, offering solutions, and providing excellent service. Use Salesforce CRM for tracking.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales and generate reports to meet goals.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with teams across functions to ensure customer satisfaction and support team members.

Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits, primarily outbound cold-calling from the office.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is helpful but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is advantageous.
