Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take ownership of growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying updated on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms to meet customer needs and maximize profitability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless project execution, maintain accurate sales records, and meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects, market segments, and industries, focusing on high-value projects.
  • Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships by understanding needs, offering tailored solutions, and delivering excellent service. Use Salesforce CRM for tracking.
  • Market & Product Analysis: Keep informed on industry trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms.
  • Performance Reporting: Use CRM to maintain sales records and generate reports, tracking key metrics to meet goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and support team members as needed.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with 1+ year outbound prospecting or experience at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role based in the branch with 80% outbound cold-calling.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is advantageous.
