Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.

As a Territory Sales Manager, your responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, prospecting, lead conversion, maintaining a sales pipeline, building customer relationships, providing consultative solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. You will use Salesforce CRM to manage performance and customer interactions, stay informed on market trends, and negotiate terms that maximize profitability.

This is an ongoing posting intended for interested individuals to express interest in future openings in various cities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement sales strategies focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline, focusing on high-value prospects and projects.
  3. Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships by understanding needs, recommending solutions, and delivering excellent service using Salesforce CRM.
  4. Market & Product Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities.
  5. Consultative Selling: Offer competitive pricing and value-based solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms.
  6. Performance Reporting: Use CRM to track sales performance and generate reports to meet goals.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with operations and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide leadership when needed.

Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with 1+ year outbound prospecting experience or experience at WillScot.
  • Ability to travel 10-20%, primarily for field visits, with minimal overnight travel.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
